Make your order:
1.      Click on the item you choose,
2.      Full up your information(name, phone, home address, post code, city, Email)
3.      Write detail on the content(color choice if involved, number of quantity, location where you want pick up)
4.      Verification code
5.      Submit your order
6.      Customer will get sales contract within 3 business days by Email
7.      Verify your order and all the information then make a payment
 
Payment:
1.      All merchandise order must be pay in full in store before booking delivery or pick up.
2.      Sofa999 accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card and cash.
3.      Personal check must be cleared before booking delivery or pick up.  
Delivery

• We will attempt to contact you by phone 2 days before delivery to confirm your delivery.

• Deliveries begin at 11:00 am and continue until all scheduled deliveries for that day are complete.

• A signature of a person 18 years of age or older is required on all delivery orders and that individual must accompany the delivery crew into your home or apartment.

• Rooms should be cleared in preparation for your furniture delivery. In addition, driveways and walkways should be cleared to accept delivery (i.e. remove snow and ice). Please be sure there is a clear path from the point of entry to your home to the room where your new furniture will be placed. Due to liability issues, we cannot move your existing furniture or any electronics, TVs, or computers.
Delivery personnel will NOT dispose of your packaging materials or move your old furniture.

• Due to
Worker Safety Insurance Board health and safety regulations, our drivers cannot remove their safety work boots. Please ensure your floors are properly protected.

• Please measure your home/doorways to fit your new furniture. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if uncrated merchandise does not fit through doorways or into basements.

• When unusual or difficult delivery conditions are encountered, the customer will be advised in advance of the risk occurring. The customer then has the option of signing a damage waiver or having the merchandise returned to the store and reselecting other products. Extra delivery charge will be involved for exchange.

• If any damage is found when opening your order, simply take picture of damage part sent email to store alone with your sales contract number, and call our service department within 3 days of receipt. When possible, we will promptly repair or replace the damaged item. Our trucks will exchange delivered the damage items only.
Pick-Ups
• We will attempt to contact you by phone 2 days before pick-up.


• Pick-up at Sofa999 warehouse.

   Monday-Saturday, between 12-6:00pm.
 
• A signature of a person 18 years of age or older is required on pick-up
 


• Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the furniture to be picked up. We are not responsible for loading and tie-down of merchandise or the safe transportation of furniture to your home. Damage that occurs during transit is not covered by Sofa999 nor can we accept returns on the merchandise.

• For concealed damage on merchandise that was picked up, simply
take picture of damage part sent email to store alone with your sales contract number, and call our service department within 3 days of receipt. When possible, we will promptly repair or replace the damaged item. If picked up, the item must be returned by you, please keep original package with the damage item.
 
Cancellation before Delivery and Pick-up
If you have NOT received your merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order within 48 hours of placing your order without a charge or fee by contacting us.
 
Retunes after delivery and Pick-up
All sales are final. However, your purchases can be returned within 10 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. A form of personal identification may be required. There will be a 25% restocking charge.
If a refund has been authorized, please note the following:

• Cash payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7 business days).
• Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same account if the Debit Card and Debit Card holder are present. If the Debit Card holder is not present, Debit Card payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7 business days).
• Credit Card payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7 business days).
• All other payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 21 business days).

 
Installation Policy and Charges
Sofa999 will provide professional set up with delivery order only.
1.      Sofas set up within delivery charge.
2.      Bedroom set-up: $60 per set up to 8pc set with chest.
                            $30 extra charge for armoire,
                           $150 extra charge for wardrobe.
3.      Dining set set-up: $50 for table and hutch/buffet.
                              $9 for each chair,
                              $70 for 7 pc set (table+6chairs)
4.      Coffee table set-up: $30 for coffee table
                                 $40 for coffee table set (1 coffee table+ 2 end tables)
We will NOT dispose of your packaging materials or move your old furniture after set-up.
